What we collect

When you place an order on this website we collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, billing address (if different) and any note you add. While you browse, your cart is kept only in your own browser. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you share there.

Where it is stored

Order details are stored in our order database (PostgreSQL hosted by Neon, connected through our hosting provider Vercel). Only TMUG's admin can see them. We keep order and invoice records for as long as Indian tax law requires us to keep accounting records.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered directly with Razorpay — we never see or store them. Razorpay receives the order amount, our order number, and your email address and mobile number to complete the payment.

How we use it

We use your details only to confirm and fulfil your order, arrange delivery and payment, keep the accounting records the law requires, and respond to your questions. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies & analytics

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your cart, an applied coupon code and whether you closed our offer pop-up; after checkout it briefly keeps a link to your order confirmation. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.

Your choices

You can clear your cart any time from the cart drawer. To see, correct or delete your personal details, message us at hello@tmug.in or on WhatsApp. We will delete or anonymise your contact details unless we must keep them to meet a legal obligation (for example, tax records for completed orders).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
